ICSC revealed the winners of the 2014 UNITED STATE MAXI Awards during a ceremony at the Spy Convention on May 18, 2014, at the Encore Hotel in Las Vegas, NV. The yearly honors event identifies the premier advertising, community outreach, and sales promotions carried out by UNITED STATE based retail property experts and firms.

The project created almost 4,063,000 online impressions with information coverage, event listings and articles on preferred media electrical outlets and blogs for the shopping mall.

In 2012, The Boulevard at the Capital Centre got the ICSC Structure UNITED STATE Neighborhood Assistance Honor that honors corporate social responsibility and community outreach initiatives of shopping centers for its “BLVD AREA Conveniences Program”.
